Based on our Fatboy 2x12, the Fatbaby is an all-out beast of a 1x12. To describe how it sounds is quite easy, massive with a tight low end response. Some players go to a 2x12 for a bigger sound, which is understandable, but the right 1x12 can get you very close to this but in a more manageable package.

If you want a big sound but need something smaller and lighter you would often be better going for the Fatbaby or Ported 1x12 rather than a smaller 2x12.. The right 1x12 will be smaller, lighter, cheaper and most probably better suited.
